Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8 flat rate shipping. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at any of our 3 storefront locations. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 7pm Monday-Friday, 10am- 6pm on Saturday, and noon-5pm on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

International shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bayoubelleboutique@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

Return Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with Bayou Belle! We truly appreciate your support and hope you absolutely love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, so we’ve outlined our return policy below to make the process as smooth as possible.

Returns are eligible for a store credit or exchange with a receipt or order number only!

We gladly accept returns that are postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. Your delivery date can be verified using the tracking number associated with your order. Returns received outside of this timeframe may be refused at Bayou Belle’s discretion.

All returned items must be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, smoke, pet hair, or perfume will be refused.

SHOE RETURNS

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside another shipping box or bag for transit. Please do not tape the shoe box shut or attach shipping labels directly to the shoe box, as damage to the box will make the return ineligible.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items purchased with a discount, coupon code, promotion, store credit, or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Returns are processed within 2–3 business days after your package is received by our office. Please note that we are unable to process returns before the package arrives.

Store credit cannot be applied to existing orders and must be used on a future purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Return shipping costs for items that did not work out are the responsibility of the customer.

Items may also be returned in person at our storefront during normal business hours.
